Better Together : Co-designing care services with people living with COPD, Asthma, Diabetes or a Heart Condition
What we plan to do
The HSE would like to work together with people living with COPD, Asthma, Diabetes or a Heart Condition or caring for someone with these
conditions to develop services that meet care needs better.
This public engagement campaign has three main aims:
· We want to hear more about people’s experiences of care
· We are interested in exploring people’s thoughts and ideas on how services could be improved
· We want to form a group of people to partner with us to develop and deliver healthcare services now and into the future
How we plan to do this
Our first step is to engage with people living with these conditions. We are inviting them to share their experiences and ideas on how to improve
care services by:
· Attending a public engagement event on Wednesday 29th June in the Clayton Hotel Galway between 2pm and 4.30pm. Option to attend in person or online OR
· Completing an online anonymised feedback form
How you can help
You can help us by promoting our public engagement event and feedback form with people living with or caring for someone with these
conditions. With your help, many more people will find out how they can be involved in sharing their experiences and ideas in developing care
services.
