Living Well: A programme for adults with long term health conditions
The next course of ''Living Well: A programme for adults with long-term health conditions'' starts Monday 7th February and runs from 10:30 am - 1 pm. The same course will rung from Tuesday 1st March 7 pm - 9:30 pm and Wednesday 9th March 10:30 am - 1 pm.
''Living Well'' is an online group programme delivered over six workshops (2.5 hours X 6). It is delivered by trained leader, most of who are also living with a long-term health condition. Participants develop self-management skills and confidence to live well with their health conditions.
Long-term health conditions include (but are not limited to) COPD, asthma, diabetes, stroke, heart condition, multiple sclerosis (MS), arthritis, cancer, Chron's disease, pain and depression.
